Balmerol Aquaroll 432 NSL is a high performance semi synthetic cold rolling oil. This product caters to the demands of modern 4-Hi CR mills operating at high speed. Its synergistic blend of synthetic esters with performance enhancing additives package provides desired lubricity and load bearing ability for thin gauge rolling at high speed and resistance to oxidation, microbial growth.

Applications / Recommendations Of Aquaroll 432 NSL
- For best performance, Balmerol Aquaroll 432 MSL is recommended to be used at an emulsion strength of 3 – 5%. The emulsion should preferably be made with water having low chloride, sulphate content and pH in the range of 5 - 6 depending on output gauge of strip.
- Use of mechanical stirrers and heating system in the emulsion tanks for maintaining the emulsion at 55 – 60 oC are preferable. These would ensure good emulsion health & rolling perfomance.
