Product Description Of Cuprakote TC 40 High Temperature Resistant Aluminium Complex Base Grease
Balmerol Cuprakote TC 40 is a lead and zinc free thread compound specifically developed for the maximum protection of drill collars and tool joints in oil field applications. Balmerol Cuprakote TC – 40 contains copper, graphite, rust and corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants and eco-friendly extreme pressure and anti –wear additives in a high temperature resistant aluminium complex base grease which is highly resistant to water. The base grease is formulated with highly refined low pour point oil which ensures brushability at low temperatures and a high degree of thermal stability. Balmerol Cuprakote TC 40 provides excellent load bearing capacity, necessary oxidation and thermal stability at high temperatures, outstanding resistance against vibrational and shock loads. It has good corrosion preventive characteristics and its use does not result in excessive metallic build - up. Balmerol Cuprakote TC 40 provides additional protection against galling and seizing due to the unique EP additive system. It has superior adhesion to wet steel surface and high resistance to make up down hole.
