Product Description Of Hytec EP 2 High Performance Lubricating Grease
Balmerol Hytec EP 2 is a high performance lubricating greases based on special heat resistant ingredients and additive package. Balmerol Hytec EP2 is suitable for long term or life time lubrication of plain, ball and roller bearings operating at normal to medium loads under high temperature conditions. This grease is pressure resistant and has very good load carrying capacity.

- Recommended for all bearings which have to be operated under high thermal stresses such as in paint curing ovens
- Suitable for hot air blower fan bearings in textile, plastics, wood working and food industries
- Work well in steam heated calender and drying cylinder bearing with normal re-lubrication intervals in paper, textile and plastic industries
- Can be used in bearings at temperatures upto 150 oC and normal operating conditions for life time lubrication
- Also recommended for bearings operating in slightly acidic or alkaline atmosphere e.g. in textile machinery, tanneries, phosphatizing equipment or immersion baths which generate aggressive fumes
- Balmerol Hytec EP 2 performs excellently at NDm factors satisfactorily upto 200,000
- Bearings should only be filled half way for optimum results
