Product Description Of Liplex HD WR 2 Multifunctional High Temperature Grease
Balmerol Liplex HD WR 2 is multifunctional high temperature grease formulated with a high dropping point lithium complex soap system and synergistic additives for lubrication upto 160oC under normal to heavy loads, however they can withstand intermittent temperatures upto 180oC. The complex thickener enables it to retain its structure even at high temperatures and high loads, thereby reducing leakage as well as enhanced component life with extension of re-lubrication intervals.
Balmerol Liplex HD WR 2 has excellent shear stability and good surface adhesion. It is non-ageing and is highly resistant to cold and hot water, heat, dust, rust, corrosion and oxidation.

Balmerol Liplex HD WR 2 is suitable for lubrication of all types of industrial bearings operating under high temperature conditions and heavy loads. It is particularly beneficial in high temperature applications where use of conventional greases calls for frequent re-lubrication in Steel Mills, Paper Plants Cement Plants etc. Typical applications include steel mill roll neck bearing subjected to heavy loads, low to medium speed and water wash out; kiln car rollers, hot air fan bearings, electric motor bearings and clutch release bearings in the metallurgical, ceramic, cement and electrical industry, . It is highly recommended for sleeve ring application sponge iron kilns and coolers.
Balmerol Liplex HD WR 2 is also recommended for various Wheel Bearing applications in passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles and moderate to heavy duty trucks.
Due to superior load bearing capacity, low coefficient of friction, excellent anti-wear properties and better structural stability, Balmerol Liplex HD WR 2 shows considerably better performance as compared to conventional and non-soap greases for high temperature applications.
