Rapid drying, resin-bound MoS2 anti-friction lacquer dispersed in solvent. Produces an adherent film of dry lubricant with low friction values.

Areas of application
Used for pre-treatment of drive elements under heavy load such as gearwheels, racks, profiled shafts and joints. For lubrication during the assembly of press fittings and for treatment of work pieces and tools during metal forming and metal processing.
Application
Surfaces to be coated must be bare metal, free from grease and dry. Lightly roughening the surface by sand blasting, grinding with emery, pickling or phosphating will produce the optimum service life for the film. Application from aerosol can (recommended layer thickness 5 – 15 µm). Drying time depends on the temperature.
