MAK Sinthax EP Grease is a specially designed premium quality lithium based EP grease with extra tackiness to provide effective sealing in sinter plant applications. The grease has also been designed to withstand severe loads and moderate temperatures. Sintering is a technology for agglomeration of iron ore fines into useful blast furnace burden material. This process involves baking of raw material over an oven along with air suction. The quality of sinter highly depends upon the effectiveness of the vacuum produced. MAK Sinthax EP Grease with extra tackiness property works as a good sealant which helps in enhancing the vacuum requirements in sinter plants operations.

APPLICATIONS
- The grease is specially recommended for sealing application in sinter plants.
- This grease is also suitable for all plain & roller bearings in equipment operating under severe shock loading conditions and temperatures up to about 130°C
