Extreme Pressure Lithium Calcium Grease
PETRONAS Grease LiCa GEP 2.5 is an extreme pressure Lithium Calcium grease with solid additives specially developed for lubrication of open gears, racks, chains, wire ropes, support rollers, slides and sprockets.
Formulated with selected mineral base oils enhanced with functional polymer and thickened Lithium Calcium soap, advanced extreme pressure, anti-oxidant, anti-rust and corrosion inhibitors additives. PETRONAS Grease LiCa GEP 2.5 provides excellent load carrying protection, water washout, spray off resistance and long life in applications operating at elevated temperatures.
PETRONAS Grease LiCa GEP 2.5 meets or exceeds key industrial specifications.
Applications
PETRONAS Grease LiCa GEP 2.5 is recommended for use in:
- open gears, racks, chains, wire ropes, support rollers, tracks, slides and sprockets
- steel, cement, paper, chemical, mining, and other industries requiring heavy duty lubrication
- fifth wheel lubrication in the automotive industry
- rough plain bearings, slides, conveyor chains, and bearings of boiler soot-blowers
Note: PETRONAS Grease LiCa GEP 2.5 is recommended for operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C (Max. +130°C).
