Balmerol Rustskip HDX 32 is solvent based heavy duty rust preventive oil, which leaves a soft transparent waxy protective film on evaporation of the solvent. Due to transparent appearance of the film, work piece retains its original colour & metallic luster even after the coating. Rustskip HDX 32 is recommended for long term protection of components in harsher environments. Rustskip HDX 32 forms a soft tenacious protective film after evaporation of the solvent. The protective lubricating film provides excellent long term outdoor and indoor protection against corrosion in saline and humid atmosphere during storage or transportation of components. It has an excellent water displacement property. Due to its superior salt fog resistant property, it can be applied on ocean freight components.

- Balmerol Rustskip HDX 32 is mainly intended for long term protection of sheet metal components, valuable machine tools such as camshafts, large gears, crankshafts, circular saws, fry wheels and sliding surfaces of lathe beds etc.
- Balmerol Rustskip HDX 32 can be applied by immersion/dipping. But spraying or brushing method may be adopted if dipping is impractical. Best result can be obtained by dipping method.
- Balmerol Rustskip HDX 32 can be stored for a period of 1 year in ambient conditions, if stored in the original container.
