Balmerol Synth Moldol - 50 SS is a semi-synthetic type mould lubricant. The product is designed with a blend of highly refined mineral oil and specially designed hyper branched polar organic ester for lubrication of mould during continuous or batch wise casting of ferrous and non – ferrous billets. Balmerol Synth Moldol - 50 SS has boundary lubrication property because of its inherent chemical structure of specially designed organic ester which enhances life of the mould and its efficiency.
