Synthetic Soluble Oil
THERMIC FGP is a synthetic soluble oil used diluted in water for mass quenching. Free ofnitrite, it allows to obtain, according to the concentration in use, of accelerated cooling rates between water and oil.
APPLICATIONS
THERMIC FGP, usually used after mass heating, can be dilutedbetween 10% and 25%, according to the grade of steels to treat. The recommended temperature of the tank is between25°C and 45°C.
