Product Description Of Spraylube PM Adhesive Priming Lubricant For Open Gear
Balmerol Spraylube PM is designed for effective initial lubrication of open gears during assembly to prevent seizure of the grease free exposed surfaces after cleaning up for commissioning. The product ensures sufficient protection against wear and corrosion through a unique combination of complex soap thickener, tackiness improvers, premium quality solid lubricants, high performance extreme pressure, anti wear additives and exclusive friction modifiers.
Balmerol Spraylube PM does not contain solvent, bitumen, chlorine and toxic heavy metals like lead etc.

- Balmerol Spraylube PM is ideal assembly lubricant for open gears, large gear boxes, racks, pins, threads, shaft –hub connections in cement plants, power stations, steel mills and ore mines.
- Other typical applications include chains, wire ropes, all sliding bearing surfaces in dockyards and drives, drag lines in mining shovels etc.
- Balmerol Spraylube PM may be applied by direct brushing.
- Gears heavily coated with old lubricants and /or abrasive substances should be cleaned prior to application of Balmerol Spraylube PM Grease. The grease should not be used in rolling element bearings.
